An improved supply chain drives higher savings at Baptist Memorial Health Care

Baptist Memorial Health Care’s supply chain operations team has achieved $13.6 million in annualized cost savings on physician preference items and clinical supplies since 2019 by using Vizient GPO services, data analytics and expertise.

Additionally, Baptist has achieved $7 million in savings across their electrophysiology services, catheterization labs and interventional radiology service lines since joining the Excelerate Strategic Health Sourcing program in May 2022.
