The subscription covers:
- Participation in a national trustee and CEO learning network to build and develop governance skills.
- Three individuals to attend one of the two in-person Vizient Trustee Summits (February 5-7, 2025 or September 29-October 1, 2025), with preferred pricing for additional attendees.
- Access to quarterly virtual expert-led content and coaching calls.
- Assessment and action plan to enhance board effectiveness.
- Curriculum incorporating problem-solving and scenario planning around priority emerging governance topics.
- Electronic resources curated by experts.
- Access to custom coaching, consulting and retreat design. Additional fees for these services are scoped on individual organizational needs.
Subscription is $17,500 per organizational board per year.
- Without a subscription, pricing for the in-person Vizient Governance Summit is $3,000 per person.
- Preferred pricing options are available for group subscriptions and summit registrations. 3 attendees are included within the subscription, and attendees in excess of 3 will be priced at $2,500 each.

The governance summit registration fee covers three individuals to attend one of the two annual in-person Vizient Governance Summits (February 5-7, 2025 or September 29-October 1, 2025) with preferred pricing for additional attendees. Each attendee may bring a guest. The fees cover guests to join for dinners and any activities planned for attendees of the summit. All participants are responsible for associated lodging and travel costs.
The target audience is board chairs, committee chairs and trustees with their CEOs. The sessions are constructed to meet the unique needs of seasoned trustees and those newer to their role, while also respecting the differences across various sizes and structures of organizations and boards.
There is not a limit to the number of participants that can attend from an organization.
