Vizient Awarded Food Services Contract with Health Care Network TPC

IRVING, Texas (BUSINESS WIRE), Feb. 3, 2020 – Vizient, Inc. announced today it has been awarded a food services contract from TPC, a Plano, Texas-based network of health care providers. With its national presence and focus on standardization, the Vizient Food Program is expected to save participating TPC members approximately 10% each year in food costs.

Additionally, TPC members can utilize Vizient’s Environmentally Preferred Sourcing Attribute Tool that tracks over 27 specific food attributes on 18,000 products and 23 specific attributes on more than 2,000 different non-food products.
