Debbie Archer, MBA

Debbie oversees compliance with contracting processes and contract awards. She is an expert in the ABA Model Procurement process, the basis for competitive bidding tools. This expertise plays an important role in her oversight of contracting processes and vendor grievance protocols.

Debbie also leads the company’s Innovative Technology Program for suppliers, which supports the vetting of potential innovative products from small vendors by peer clinicians. Under Debbie’s direction, the program identifies approximately 100 products each year for contract consideration.

Debbie has a 25-year background in health care sales, supply chain and distribution, with an emphasis on enhancing the customer’s expertise and experience. Prior to her current role, she was regional sales manager of a team that provided distribution services to health care accounts in a five-state area.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in business and human relations from Amberton University. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
