Dwayne Keller
Dwayne has over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, with more than 15 years in healthcare. He leads business development and oversees delivery of Kaufman Hall’s largest, most complex consulting engagements, specializing in high reliability. Dwayne’s executive-level consulting experience includes work with Mayo Clinic, HCA, Vanderbilt and Denver Health, as well as numerous small and medium-sized hospitals. He spent the first 20 years of his career in the manufacturing industry with DuPont (nuclear) and Alcoa (aluminum), two of the safest companies in the world where he experienced and led a high reliability culture. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Dwayne served as COO of Healthcare Performance Partners, a premier Lean healthcare consulting firm.
Dwayne is an adjunct instructor at Belmont University’s School of Medicine and Vanderbilt’s School of Nursing. Dwayne earned an MBA from Clemson University and master's and bachelor of science degrees in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.
