Barriers to equitable healthcare became even more prevalent for Hispanic/Latinx communities over the course of the pandemic. Equitable healthcare also means ensuring that care meets people where they are and in a way that feels comfortable to them.

We partner with several agencies working with and in majority ‐ Hispanic/Latinx communities, focused on creating access to healthy foods, safe neighborhoods and quality learning environments for their neighbors. Additionally, our corporate grant-giving has funded patient navigation services and language/translation services from healthcare providers working to create more equitable access to care.

Here are just a few of the nonprofits Team Vizient partners with throughout the year to support Hispanic/Latinx communities:

One of my passions is fostering an understanding around diversity, particularly in relation to our intersected identities and generational differences. I strongly believe in the power of embracing and celebrating our individuality, as it not only enriches our personal lives but also enhances the overall fabric of our organization.
