Throughout her career, she has been focused on leading important developments in the health care technology sector by solving long-standing issues in the delivery of care.
Prior to Connect America, Dillione worked in the health care information services industry as CEO of Bernoulli Enterprise, Incorporated; executive vice president and GM of Nuance Communications, Incorporated; and as president and CEO of Health Services for Siemens Medical Solutions. With leading roles in both large-scale global businesses as well as start-up scenarios, Dillione is a dynamic leader who knows how to effectively instill a customer- and market-centric culture within an organization to drive the business forward. As a champion of sustainable and differentiated innovation, her experience managing the complexities of global deployments and FDA-regulated products extends to businesses across North America, Europe and Asia with companies developing solutions that have been sold into diverse markets.
Throughout her career progression, she has been a frequent presenter at industry conferences and has authored dozens of articles for multiple healthcare publications. She is serving on the Board of Directors for CorMedix and on the Board of Directors for CortiCare, Incorporated. Dillione is a graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biomedical Ethics.
